convenient airport stay!
convenient shuttle helpful staff useful usb ports
The airport shuttle service was convenient. i really liked the helpfulness of the staff. They were always ready to assist with a smile. my room also had useful usb ports right by the bed (super convenient for charging my devices!).
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

my room included a comfortable queen bed and a tv with cable channels. the air conditioning worked very well, maintaining a pleasant temperature. the bathroom was stocked with basic toiletries like shampoo, soap, and towels.

helpful staff thorough detail clean fridge
the front desk staff proved helpful. they were very thorough. the rooms were clean. a nice size fridge existed in the room.

Not the best stay I've had
loud air conditioner weak pressure
The room air conditioner was too loud. It just dried the air as it warmed the room. Also the shower had weak water pressure. Soundproofing must be nonexistent here. I could hear the guests above me walking. Earplugs are useful in this place.

prompt shuttle attentive staff convenient restaurant
The shuttle service to the airport was prompt. The front desk staff were attentive. My room had usb ports next to the bed, WHICH i found convenient. The attached restaurant was a definite plus.
The walls were THIN. I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms.

acceptable BUT needs improvement
rude lady leaking room
i waited for the shuttle, IT was scheduled every 30 minutes. I called to ask, the lady at the front desk was rude. Housekeeping came in while i was in the bath. She asked me to get out because IT was leaking in the room below me.

The airport shuttle was scheduled and on time. The drivers were friendly. The breakfast included several options. I found the staff helpful and cute.
The room got hot even when it wasn't that warm outside.
